
Chocolate slice
1 cup almond meal
1 cup desiccated coconut
½ cup melted coconut oil (unrefined)
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
1/3 cup rice malt syrup or maple syrup
4 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla paste
1 cup puffed brown rice
Cacao Nibs or Well Naturally Sugar Free Dark Choc Melts
Sea Salt or chopped nuts
Put all ingredients (except the puffed rice, nibs, and sea salt) into a food processor, and blend for a minute. Put into a bowl, and mix in puffed rice. Press into a lined tin with a spatula until flat on top. Sprinkle cacao nibs or dark choc melts on top (can chop these up in the blender), and sprinkle with a little sea salt or chopped nuts. Put in freezer for ½ hour to set, and cut into squares. Store in freezer, serve straight from there, and enjoy! Tina
